I spent 24 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy, where I built a deep foundation in IT systems, data analysis, and decision support for mission-critical operations. That experience taught me how to lead technical teams, work with complex datasets, and deliver tools that make a real difference under pressure.
Since transitioning to the private sector, I've focused on AI and machine learning — designing LLM-based solutions, fine-tuning open-source models, and building end-to-end ML pipelines on Azure. I hold an M.S. from the Naval Postgraduate School and an MEM from Old Dominion University.
